The guys at first action came out to my home and repaired a broken water line this morning. They quoted me a price over the phone at my request, but they explained that every repair is different and that they would be happy to come give a free estimate. Patrick and Bradley came over to replace a water heater at my house that I believed was broken. Even though it was way less expensive, they recommended replacing the elements because they believed the heater was fine otherwise. They made the repair and it works great for a fraction of the price I would have paid for a new heater. It is refreshing to encounter an honest and fair plumbing company. Called for emergency line repair. Techs were on site within 15 mins and repaired in less than 10. Professional, and kind. They fixed my issue for Free! It was a simple fix and they did not take advantage of our situation. In 2019, you will never see guys like them. Give them your business, because they have earned mine.

This is a great company. I had an emergency on my hands when my shower valve sprang a leak in my brand new tiled shower. They were able to come out and make the repair from the backside, which was in a closet, making for an easy drywall fix. The best part is they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Wonderful work. We called First Action Plumbing because we had leaks in two of our showers. Another plumber had been out and replaced a shower faucet last week because of the same issue. When the new faucet and a second started leaking, we knew there had to be another problem. We called First Action and they came out on Saturday. Patrick and Bradley showed up and we explained our issue. The immediately went to an outside faucet and hooked up to it to check our water pressure. They showed us that our water pressure was at 140 and explained that was way too high and the reason for the leaking faucet. They went on the explain that the Pressure Regulating Valve was the culprit and needed to be changed. After giving us a price upfront, we agreed to let them install a new one for us. They had all the parts with them and had the job completed in a very timely manner. We were very pleased because we had plans to watch the Alabama game later that evening with some friends! I strongly recommend these guys for honest and quality work at a price that doesn't break the bank!
